Evidence & Data Exploration
Drawing on program performance metrics, evaluation findings, and broader contextual data as relevant, I work alongside technical teams to explore available internal and external data and test assumptions. This work focuses on interpretation: what's credible, where uncertainty remains, and how findings can responsibly inform decisions.
Translating Insights into Decisions & Action
To get the most from your data investments, rigorous analysis should be integrated in a way that actually shapes how organizations make decisions and move forward. I partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate findings into synthesized recommendations, prioritization frameworks, and clear next steps that inform priorities, resource decisions, and how impact is communicated to funders.
Learning & Adaptation
Even well-designed analysis sometimes needs to be revised as new information emerges. Recognizing that contexts shift and assumptions change, I help organizations establish feedback loops, support adaptive management, and make timely course corrections rather than waiting for a formal evaluation cycle.
